Nationwide Marketing Group’s PrimeTime event will return to Las Vegas, August 11-14, 2024, when the group takes over the Venetian Convention and Expo Center in the shadows of The Sphere. Following a highly engaging event here back in March, Nationwide members and vendor partners will look to carry that momentum forward, through the August show and into the back half of the year.

“We’ve seen from our members that, no matter where we get together for PrimeTime, they realize the importance of being able to engage with our vendor partners and their peers,” says Nationwide CEO Tom Hickman. “We’re excited to get back together with a few thousand of our closest friends and set our members up for a strong finish to the year. And this show is going to be packed with some new and exciting opportunities for attendees.”

The August show will be the first opportunity for members to engage with the new look Nationwide Learning Academy. The recently relaunched digital platform, which incorporates feedback from the past Virtual PrimeTime events, features a streamlined and more user-friendly interface. At PrimeTime, attendees will have the chance to learn about the upgrades and other forthcoming features that lean into a more personalized learning experience. In addition, they’ll be able to, once again, participate in education directly on the PrimeTime show floor.

“NLA has gone through a really incredible transformation over just the past few months,” says Shawn Ashby, director of education and training for Nationwide. “Members who’ve engaged with our learning platform in the past know the value that it can provide, both in-person and online. We’re excited to show them how they can get even more out of their experience with NLA moving forward.”

After receiving great feedback from participating dealers and Vendor Partners, the Nationwide Furniture, Bedding and Outdoor team is planning to return to the World Market Center, giving attendees another opportunity to explore the massive campus during PrimeTime. Work on the event began almost immediately following the March event as the team seeks to find ways to innovate and evolve the experience for attendees, whether or not they attended the show in March.

“Members who were there shared with us just how special it was to have intimate access to our vendor partners’ showrooms and to see their entire product lines displayed in a unique, retail-like setting,” says VP of Member Experience Melissa Stenson. “We look forward to building on that event and working with our Furniture, Bedding and Outdoor team to provide a new type of experience at World Market Center this August.”

Back at the Venetian, members can anticipate many of the same great offerings and opportunities that have made PrimeTime a can’t-miss event for independent retailers, including a stacked educational program, world-class vendor training sessions, unmatched networking events and exceptional money-saving and money-making CashBack and Show Special offers.

Some of the other highlights planned for PrimeTime in Vegas include:

  • A two-day buy fair featuring more than 1,000 can’t-miss Show Specials and CashBack offers from vendor partners
  • Targeted merchandising sessions on home appliances, consumer electronics, and furniture and bedding
  • OneShop open house hours for members to learn more about the latest digital updates from NMG
  • Dozens of hours of education, available exclusively through the Nationwide Learning Academy
  • The PrimeTime Palooza shopping frenzy, filled with limited-time and limited-quantity offers
  • Networking opportunities for specialty groups, including WIN: Women in Nationwide, Service Leaders Network and Nationwide RentDirect

It can be difficult to truly understand what it means to run an independent retail business unless you’ve actually been in the trenches and done the dirty work. Same could be said about working on the manufacturing side of the business, if we’re being fair. Adam Fain, who recently joined the NMG field team, has experience on both sides of the business and brings that unique perspective to the group and our members.
