Registration is now open for Nationwide Marketing Group’s 2025 slate of Regional Member Meetings. The free-to-attend two-day events span six different cities across the country and feature impactful educational and networking opportunities for the group’s community of independent retailers.

“These localized events are an important vehicle for our members,” says Patrick Maloney, chief member advocate for NMG. “They’ve proven to be a great way for our members to engage with each other and the organization as we continue to build stronger ties, provided actionable advice and energize our community at the start of each year.”

The 2025 slate of Regional Member Meetings will aim to do just that – with a few new elements. Nationwide members expressed a desire to see more vendor interaction and engagement at the events, which is exactly what they’ll get this year. Each show will feature a vendor showcase and an opportunity to network with a number of key vendor partners during the program.

“Our goal, any time we gather in-person with our members, is to provide valuable opportunities for them to network and learn, whether that’s from one another or other areas of the retail community,” says Melissa Stenson, vice president of member experience for NMG. “Any time a member steps away from their store to spend time with us is a big deal. That’s why it’s important for us to make sure each experience is unique and to incorporate our members’ feedback so that they view that time as well spent.”

The Regional Member Meetings will also allow members to hear directly from experts across a variety of areas and covering numerous business topics, including digital advertising, data utilization, business and financial services, and more. Multiple member roundtables will also occur, giving attendees the opportunity to share critical best practices and other learnings.

The 2025 slate of events will feature stops in:

    • Costa Mesa, California, January 9-10
    • Indianapolis, January 12-13
    • Chicago, January 15-16
    • Boston, January 19-20
    • Nashville, January 22-23
    • Orlando, February 4-5

Nationwide members can find the registration link for these events by visiting the Regional Member Meeting website. Registration for the meetings is free for Nationwide members.
