nationwide primetime Dallas 0323 general session member panel

During our recent PrimeTime event in Dallas in March 2023, Nationwide Marketing Group put the spotlight on the theme of “Customer Obsessed.” That theme was featured prominently on the PrimeTime Main Stage during the group’s general session keynote.

On the Main Stage, we heard from a number of Nationwide Members who all took completely different approaches when it came to putting their customers at the center of the shopping experience. Lead by Nationwide’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer Jennifer Danko and EVP of Membership Patrick Maloney, the panel featured Roddey Player of Queen City Audio Video & Appliances, Jesse Kostuhoski from Furniture & ApplianceMart, Eric Thompson of Snooze Mattress Company and Paul Sherman from Sherman’s.

Rewatch — or experience for the first time — the full panel discussion in the video below!
